A name badge will be provided on-site with your registration materials. Name badges must be worn and visible at all times during Congress and networking events.
A Certificate of Attendance will be sent out by e-mail two weeks after the congress.
The main congress (1-3 June) represents a total of 18 hours of CPD. The courses represent:

Congress Materials should be collected on-site in the welcome area during opening hours.

EOS takes no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each delegate. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own insurance.
Participants can request a visa invitation letter during the registration process. Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel. The EOS Congress Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.

The official currency used in Cyprus is the Euro (€).
Entry requirements apply only to the area controlled by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. A passport is required by all travelers, except holders of: Laissez – Passer issued by the United Nations Document issued to stateless persons and recognized refugees. Further, citizens of the European Union (EU) countries, as well as of Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway may enter Cyprus with their national identity card, provided there is a photograph. The government of the Republic of Cyprus refuses admission to: Holders of “passports” issued illegally by the secessionist entity, the so-called “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus” (TRNC) Visas A list of countries requiring a Visa to enter Cyprus can be found on webpage: www.mfa.gov.cy
The official congress language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission has been obtained from the congress organiser.
